Returns and Refunds

Return and Refund Policy:

At Ulusha, we believe in sustainability and strive to minimize overstock by producing most of our products after an order is placed. This approach means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.

However, if you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer a free replacement or refund. To initiate this process, please contact us within 30 days of product shipping date. Reach out to our team at studio@ulusha.shop and include a clear photo showing the issue.

Acceptable returns:

Only damaged goods or items with manufacturing defects are eligible for returns. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Acceptable Condition:

Refunds are only issued for items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Items must still have the main labels and tags attached.
Original packaging is required for returns.

Return Window:

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipping date. Return requests made after this timeframe will unfortunately be declined.

Refunds:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item, to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Return Costs:

If your item is eligible for return, we will send you prepaid shipping label.

Return Process:

To return an item, please email our customer service at studio@ulusha.shop to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, securely pack the item in suitable packaging, ensuring it is in the acceptable condition described above. Then, use the provided shipping label to mail your return.
